Title: Assistant Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day operations of the business
- Assist with team leadership and scheduling
- Coordinate daily operational activities and projects
- Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors
- Help resolve customer issues and concerns
- Coordinate and oversee warranty repairs
- Maintain high standards of customer service and quality
- Monitor job progress and production performance
- Help ensure projects are completed efficiently and according to company expectations
- Work closely with management and field teams to identify and resolve operational issues
- Assist management in achieving company goals and improving overall operational performance
