This role is perfect for someone who is organized, people-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll balance customer communication with scheduling and administrative support to help keep our operations running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls with warmth and professionalism
- Schedule sales appointments by coordinating customer availability with sales team calendars
- Ensure efficient routing and clear communication across multiple territories
- Support administrative tasks such as permits and utility locates
- Communicate clearly with customers, sales reps, and internal team members
- Adapt to customer needs and handle conversations with professionalism and care

Qualifications
Experience:
- Customer service or call center experience preferred
- Experience in scheduling, coordination, or administrative support is a plus
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Skills:

- Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities at once
