Customer Service & Scheduling Coordinator

This role is perfect for someone who is organized, people-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll balance customer communication with scheduling and administrative support to help keep our operations running efficiently.


Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls with warmth and professionalism
  • Schedule sales appointments by coordinating customer availability with sales team calendars
  • Ensure efficient routing and clear communication across multiple territories
  • Support administrative tasks such as permits and utility locates
  • Communicate clearly with customers, sales reps, and internal team members
  • Adapt to customer needs and handle conversations with professionalism and care

Qualifications

Experience:

  • Customer service or call center experience preferred
  • Experience in scheduling, coordination, or administrative support is a plus
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Skills:

  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities at once
