- Install residential fencing according to project specifications
- Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining high install quality
- Communicate with customers professionally on-site
- Ensure jobs are completed safely and correctly
- Maintain a clean job site and represent the company well

- Proven experience installing residential fencing
- Ability to install common fence types (vinyl, aluminum, wood, chain link)
- Your own crew, truck, and installation tools
- Reliable and able to complete jobs on schedule
- Professional attitude with homeowners and team members
