At Superior Fence and Rail, we install residential and commercial fences. Every day, our Sales Representatives go to customers' homes and prepare estimates for their ideal fence. Once the customer signs the contract, then the work shifts to our operations team in the office. You as the Operations Specialist would help this team process new contracts, use industry specific software to draw our their fence and generate a materials list, submit invoices for payments, and updating customers with the status of their order. You also would assist with general operations and solving problems that come up, such as if we were short some material from a vendor and need to place another order.
This position will require a lot of attention to detail, working with numbers, and working carefully to avoid mistakes.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop expertise in product knowledge, technical knowledge, industry and process knowledge in relevant product areas.
- In-house processing of new contracts
- Use industry specific software to produce materials list
- Submit invoices for payment
- Interacts with clients and co-workers in a pleasant and professional manner.
