Superior Fence & Rail is a nationwide industry leader in residential and commercial fence installation. We partner with a national home improvement chain, multiple home builders and general contractors.
Learn and adopt Superior Fence & Rail's structured selling process, including utilizing our proprietary software. This position will service metro Detroit to provide options and quotes to customers for their desired residential fences. No cold-calling or prospecting required - the home office generates and schedules all leads.
This is a 100% commission opportunity in which compensation is determined solely by the success of the individual salesperson. Annual compensation ranges from $100k to $150k+ per year. Vehicle and phone provided.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Develop expertise in product knowledge, technical knowledge, industry and process knowledge in relevant product areas.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of marketplace, competitors and industry trends in order to identify new business and marketing opportunities.
- Develop product reference documents and product materials for customers.
- Organizing, Planning, and Prioritizing sales calls and appointments.
- Create and maintain a product marketing plan for increasing sales and revenue.
- Work with install team leaders to understand, explain and analyze client requirements.
- Demonstrate products to consumers.
- Address potential client queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform basic record keeping and data entry to ensure proper tracking of sales and client needs/inquiries.
- Interacts with clients and co-workers in a pleasant and professional manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
