Must be friendly and come to work with a positive attitude.
First and foremost you greet the guests and welcome them in graciously.
Other responsibilities include but aren't limited to:
Obtaining information about seating preferences and making them happen when able.
Taking phone orders and helping with take out orders.
Accurate recording of reservation requests and taking information for calls back from management.
Accurate money handling and counting change back for customers.
Above all you are the first and last person seeing the customer, greet them kindly, and wish them well when they leave.
On site training, no experience or education required.
