Clasico Italian Chop House - Immediate Executive Sous Chef Needed

Main Street Entertainment Group, a renowned restaurant management and development group, is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and development
- Oversee kitchen operations and ensure high-quality food production
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain a fun and motivating work atmosphere
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Assist the Executive Chef with inventory and ordering
- Have basic knowledge of profit and loss spreadsheets
- Ability to control labor and costs to make or beat budget
- Must have the ability to create fun and innovative food specials
- Ability to work all stations in the kitchen if called upon
- Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a fast-paced restaurant with at least 2 years of experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for Italian cuisine and creativity in menu development
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts
