About Us:
Bosc is a new fine-casual, farm-to-table restaurant opening in South Tampa. We showcase Florida’s best seasonal ingredients through scratch cooking, refined technique, and soulful execution. We’re building a team of passionate professionals who thrive in a high-standard, team-first kitchen.
Now Hiring for the Following Stations:
- Grill
- Sauté
- Garde Manger (Pantry)
- Hot Apps (Pasta)
- Fry
What You’ll Do:
- Execute prep and service to the highest standards
- Follow recipes, plating guides, and station systems
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and mise en place
- Communicate clearly and efficiently with team and leadership
- Uphold food safety and sanitation protocols
- Participate in menu tastings, training, and kitchen development
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of experience in a chef-driven or scratch kitchen
- Strong understanding of station setup, timing, and execution
- Passion for seasonality, flavor, and professionalism
- Michelin or James Beard-level experience is a plus (not required)
- Reliable, coachable, and calm under pressure
