We're currently seeking an experienced General Manager for our high energy, high volume, sophisticated restaurants located in Sarasota and South Tampa. General Manager candidates must be high energy and possess a "can do" attitude. Qualifications required but not limited to the following:
- At least 2 years of high level management experience.
- Knowledge of reporting and profit and loss.
- Experience in both food and bwl knowledge.
- Writing and costing out employee schedules.
- Maintain Professionalism at all times
- Ability to hold staff and lower management accountable at all times.
- Make smart business decisions and treat the restaurant as if you were an owner.
- Ability to accomplish assigned tasks on time.
- Develop and coach hourly employees and lower management team members.
- Durability to work long shifts and go the extra mile when business demands.
- Ability to adapt to restaurant volume and make necessary adjustments that's best for the business.
- Have a Serve Safe Managers certificate or equivalent and know proper food handling and safety measures.
- Ability to work all areas of the restaurant including front of house and back of house positions when necessary.
- Possess exceptional customer service skills and always go above and beyond for our guests.
- Passion to want to move up in the company and accept a bigger role through performance, willingness to learn, and attitude.
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant including bar, dining room, prep team, and kitchen.
