AM Baker
Tampa, FL – Full-Time, Early AM Shift
Parker Street Bakery is looking for a dependable and experienced AM Baker to execute daily bakes for pastries, muffins, biscuits, cruffins, and more. You’ll handle solo and small-team baking with precision and consistency during early hours.
Responsibilities:
- Bake off all laminated and prepared dough products each morning
- Assist with mixing doughs and batters as needed
- Maintain product consistency and quality
- Keep baking station clean and organized
- Prep basic mise en place for the following day’s service
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of bakery or baking experience require
- Familiarity with commercial ovens, proofers, and bakery timing
- Detail-oriented, punctual, and efficient
- Early morning availability a must (shifts may begin between 3–5am)
Work schedule
- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
- Monday to Friday
