Bosc Modern Bar + Kitchen is a refined dining and craft cocktail bar concept located in the heart of Tampa, blending modern American cuisine, morning bakery, sushi/raw bar, along with a vibrant cocktail bar experience. Our dual-concept program includes both a full-service, upscale restaurant and a late-night lounge, featuring live music, curated bottle service, and an elevated VIP experience.
Position Overview
We are seeking experienced craft cocktail bartenders who are passionate, professional, and driven to deliver best-in-class hospitality. This role requires individuals with a deep knowledge of spirits, wine, and cocktail construction, as well as the ability to work cleanly, efficiently, and with precise attention to detail.
You will play an integral role in both our dinner service bar program and late-night lounge operations. Candidates must thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments while maintaining composure, consistency, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
· Craft cocktails with precision, consistency, and creativity according to Bosc’s cocktail program
· Provide outstanding hospitality while building rapport with guests, VIPs, and regulars
· Maintain expert knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and classic & modern cocktail techniques
· Set up and break down bar stations to the highest standards of cleanliness and readiness
· Adhere to proper pour levels, storage, and labeling procedures
· Follow opening, closing, and prep checklists with exceptional organization and attention to detail
· Support late-night operations, including lounge bottle service, VIP guest experience, and live music service flow
· Participate in ongoing staff training and tastings to maintain product knowledge and execution standards
· Work closely with management and bar leadership to execute seasonal menu changes and special events
Qualifications
· Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in high-end dining or craft cocktail programs
· Extensive spirits, wine, and mixology knowledge required
· Proven ability to operate under pressure in a busy, upscale service environment
· Experience with late-night or VIP service is a strong plus
· ServSafe and/or responsible alcohol service certifications
· Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
· Impeccable cleanliness, organization, and personal presentation

• Open availability between lunch, dinner and late-night shifts preferred
