Back of House Team Member Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present food quickly, safely, and to Chick-fil-A’s high standards
- Prep cold food, salads, sandwiches, and other items daily
- Maintain a clean, orderly kitchen environment
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and report any issues promptly
- Complete opening or closing tasks as assigned
- Uphold Chick-fil-A’s core values and team spirit
- Be a motivated, reliable team player who takes pride in their work
- Must be 16 years or older to apply

Schedule & Commitment
- Availability needed: 2 PM – 11 PM shifts
- Full-time (32+ hours) or part-time (15+ hours) options available
