Front of House Team Member

We are hiring Front of House/Drive-Thru Hospitality Team Members!

  • Full-time - 32+ hours per week
  • Part-time - 15+ hours per week

Your Role: To be the face and heart of Chick-fil-A! To provide excellent customer service to all of our guests by serving hot, fresh, crave-able food, surprisingly fast, in a clean and positive environment.


Compensation: At Chick-fil-A Kernersville, our goal is to provide fair compensation for all employees as well as clear advancement opportunities for Team Members who demonstrate leadership potential. Starting pay breakdown:

  • Front of House Team Members: $11 - $14 per hour.
