Back of House Team Member Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present food safely and efficiently meeting Chick-fil-A standards
- Prep cold food, salads, sandwiches, and other items daily
- Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen environment
- Work safely with kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues
- Uphold Chick-fil-A’s core values
- Complete opening and closing tasks as assigned
- Perform any additional duties assigned by your manager
- Must be 16 years or older to apply
