What You’ll Do
Shift Leaders are responsible for overseeing daily shift execution, including:
- Running and directing shifts from start to finish
- Assigning team members to positions based on strengths and business needs
- Managing break rotations efficiently
- Handling cash management and ensuring accurate drawer counts
- Monitoring speed of service and operational flow
- Troubleshooting issues in real time
- Supporting both Front of House and Back of House operations
- Maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and hospitality standards
- Communicating clearly with Team Members and Leadership
What We’re Looking For
- Previous leadership or restaurant experience preferred
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
- High level of accountability and attention to detail
- Strong communication and team coaching ability
- Trustworthy and comfortable handling cash procedures
- Positive attitude with a servant-leader mindset
