What You’ll Do
As a Team Leader, you will be entrusted with oversight of a designated area of the restaurant.
Your responsibilities include:
- Leading your area and ensuring smooth daily operations
- Coaching and developing team members in real time
- Maintaining high standards for food quality, speed, accuracy, and hospitality
- Monitoring systems, cleanliness, and food safety procedures
- Driving team accountability and performance
- Assisting with training new team members
- Problem-solving and making operational decisions under pressure
- Supporting the vision and direction set by the Operator and Restaurant Leaders
What We’re Looking For
- Proven leadership ability (restaurant experience preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
- High level of personal responsibility and initiative
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
