What You’ll Do

As a Team Leader, you will be entrusted with oversight of a designated area of the restaurant.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Leading your area and ensuring smooth daily operations
  • Coaching and developing team members in real time
  • Maintaining high standards for food quality, speed, accuracy, and hospitality
  • Monitoring systems, cleanliness, and food safety procedures
  • Driving team accountability and performance
  • Assisting with training new team members
  • Problem-solving and making operational decisions under pressure
  • Supporting the vision and direction set by the Operator and Restaurant Leaders

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven leadership ability (restaurant experience preferred but not required)
  • Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
  • High level of personal responsibility and initiative
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to excellence and continuous improvement
  • A heart for serving others and developing people
  • Dependable, professional, and growth-minded
