We are looking for Closing Support Team Members who understand that excellence behind the scenes creates remarkable experiences for our guests. As a Closing Support Team Member at Chick-fil-A of Roxboro, you play a vital role in ensuring our restaurant is prepared, safe, and spotless for every guest that dines with us. Your commitment to cleanliness, peremptory emphasis organization, and operational excellence directly supports our Shared Vision to be the world’s most caring company.Though this role works in the evening, and at night, your impact is seen and felt by every guest who walks through our doors the next day.

Closing Support Team Responsibilities
- Cleaning building floors (vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, sweeping)
- Gathering and emptying indoor trash
- Clean, service and resupply restrooms
- Clean windows, mirrors and other glass surfaces
- Engaging in building security and safety activities (checking and locking doors, checking electrical appliance)
- Moving equipment, supplies, and furniture
- Informing managers about required repair and maintenance activities
- Maintaining tools and equipment needed for Cleaning duties
- Requiring supplies of the tools and equipment needed for Cleaning duties
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must know and follow sanitation procedures
- Must be able to respond and act quickly
- Must have strong communication and multitasking skills
- Must have knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and supplies
- Must be 18 years or older
- Able to lift 50+ pounds, bend, and squat
- Dependable, trustworthy, and reliable transportation
- Evening availability (6 PM – 12 AM required)
