The Food & Beverage Front Counter Worker is responsible for ensuring that guests receive an exceptional level of service by assisting guests at points of sale. This position will work at Northern Illinois University Stadium & Convocation Center games and other events. The Front Counter Worker will be operating in a food & beverage stand or portable in providing fast and efficient service to customers. They will assist supervisors in organizing service of a variety of pre-made or made fresh-to-order snacks, beverages and entrée items from Sodexo Live!’s menu.
The Front Counter Worker's top priority will be to ensure that the Sodexo Live!’s standards for credit card transactions are consistently executed as well as maintaining Sodexo Live!'s standards for cleanliness and sanitation.
Hours may be extended or irregular to include nights, weekends and holidays.
