Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Administrative Assistant to support our business operations. In this role, you will handle essential administrative and HR functions that keep our company running smoothly. You will be responsible for payroll, HR compliance, financial reporting, and ensuring invoices are processed and paid on time. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable with numbers, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
- Maintain employee records and assist with onboarding, scheduling, and HR compliance
- Prepare, track, and review Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and other financial reports
- Monitor and reconcile accounts payable/receivable, ensuring invoices are processed and paid on schedule
- Assist with vendor communication and maintain accurate records of contracts and billing
- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings and maintaining organized digital/physical files
- Coordinate with management on compliance matters and internal policy updates
- Support day-to-day office operations as needed to ensure smooth business flow
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting/payroll software
- Familiarity with HR processes and compliance requirements preferred
- Basic understanding of financial reports, budgets, and expense tracking
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting
