As a talented Crew Member specializing in early morning sandwich making, you’ll enjoy a supportive team atmosphere, paid breaks, and the opportunity to earn tips. Applicants must be at least 18 Years of age
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver sandwiches, beverages, and treats following Dunkin' brand standards
- Provide exceptional guest service and resolve any guest issues promptly
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Handle POS transactions accurately and efficiently
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and safety guidelines
Team Environment
- Work respectfully and collaboratively with team members
- Respond positively to coaching and feedback
- Communicate clearly and effectively with the team
- Learn and perform multiple tasks with enthusiasm
Skills and Qualifications
- Fluent in English with basic computer skills
- Ability to count money and make change accurately
- Capable of operating restaurant equipment (age requirements may apply)
- Weekend availability and willingness to work early mornings (6am-12 Noon)
