Spinato’s Pizzeria Careers and Jobs

Saute Cooks are responsible for the daily preparation and execution of all food items in the hot station and assisting in other areas of the kitchen.



LINE COOK TASKS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Setting up stations according to restaurant guidelines
  • Preparing all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
  • Restocking all items needed throughout shift
  • Cleaning and maintaining stations while practicing good safety, sanitation and organizational skills
  • Assisting with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers and all storage areas
  • Performing additional responsibilities as requested by the Kitchen Manager
  • Adhering to all Spinato’s Specifications and Recipes
  • Adhering to all Spinato’s Policies and Procedures as stated in your employee handbook
  • Adhering to all proper food handling procedures as set forth by the local Health Board Agency

POSITION REQUIRES:

  • Lifting up to/over 50 pounds
  • Environmental exposures to cold, heat
  • Standing for up to 8 hours at one time
  • Working shifts up to 12 hours
  • Food Handler Certification
