IHOP - Immediate Host Position

Responsibilities of a Host:
- Greeting, seating, and escorting guests.
- Accommodating special needs of guests.
- Managing Wait List during busy times.
- Providing menu recommendations and upselling products.
- Taking orders and communicating with kitchen staff.
- Delivering food and beverages in a timely manner.
- Ensuring exceptional customer experience.
- Maintaining the appearance of the restaurant.
Host Job Requirements:
- Prior experience as a host is a plus.
- Teamwork and communication skills are essential.
- Ability to handle money transactions responsibly.
- Must be able to multitask and work quickly.
- Flexibility to work in shifts.
- Strong team player.
