Position Overview
The ADP (Additional Distribution Point) / Food Trailer role is a key leader responsible for running our “Serve-Only” Food Trailer throughout the Palm Coast community. This role extends Chick-fil-A’s legendary food and hospitality beyond our restaurant walls - meeting our guests where they are and delivering an exceptional experience every time.
You will oversee all aspects of trailer operations - from preparing and packing food, safely transporting and setting up the trailer, leading a small team in service, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring the trailer is cleaned and ready for the next event. This position combines leadership, business acumen, operational excellence, and the excitement of running a mobile Chick-fil-A.

- Available Monday–Saturday, including early mornings and evenings
- Flexibility required — hours vary based on scheduled events
What You’ll Do
- Safely drive the Chick-fil-A Food Trailer to scheduled locations.
- Lead and supervise a small team (2–3 members) during food trailer operations.
- Pack and verify all food items before leaving the restaurant.
- Set up the trailer for daily operations, including equipment, supplies, and signage.
- Greet and serve guests, ensuring every interaction reflects Chick-fil-A’s hospitality.
- Prepare menu items, process orders, and maintain food safety standards.
- Keep the trailer clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times.
- Close and clean the trailer at the end of each shift.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong leadership, reliability, and a team-first attitude
- Comfortable driving a truck and towing a trailer
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Available Monday - Saturday including early mornings, late evenings, and flexible hours.
- Dependable and reliable work ethic.
- An entrepreneurial spirit and excitement about growing a unique part of the business.
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs frequently (loading/unloading the trailer).
- Valid driver’s license with excellent driving record; comfortable DRIVING A TRUCK AND TOWING A TRAILER.
- Prior food service or restaurant experience (preferred).
- Willingness to work outdoors and adapt to various environments and event setups
