Position Type

  • Full-time (35+ hours/week)
  • Must be available during peak meal periods, including Fridays and Saturdays
  • Must be at least 18 years old to apply

Typical Hours of Operation

We are open: Monday–Saturday, 6:30 AM – 10:00 PM

Leaders typically work 6–9 hour shifts, scheduled around peak business hours and shift coverage needs.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the Front of House during assigned shifts with energy, professionalism, and urgency
  • Ensure every guest receives fast, friendly, and accurate service
  • Maintain high standards for order accuracy, food safety, and dining room cleanliness
  • Coach and encourage team members with timely feedback, clear direction, and accountability
  • Support team execution of new product rollouts, promotions, and service initiatives
  • Collaborate with Back of House leadership to ensure smooth, unified operations
  • Serve as a role model — upholding and representing Chick-fil-A’s values and brand standards at all times

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven leadership experience in food service or hospitality
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • Servant-hearted with a passion for developing others
  • Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • ServSafe certified (or willing to obtain within 30 days of hire)
  • Experience in fast-paced restaurants or guest service environments
