We’re looking for a caring, organized, and community-minded individual to support our Catering Manager and grow into a leadership role. This is a development position for someone eager to learn the ins and outs of catering, guest service, and local business relationships—with a heart to serve and a drive to grow.
This position will support catering efforts at both Chick-fil-A Palm Coast and Chick-fil-A Seminole Woods.

What You’ll Do:
In the Restaurant
- Assist in coordinating catering orders—from prep to packaging to pickup or delivery.
- Monitor catering orders daily and prepare condiments, utensils, and extras accordingly.
- Work closely with kitchen and leadership teams to ensure catering orders are accurate, on time, and Remarkable.
- Communicate changes or special requests promptly with kitchen and leadership to ensure accuracy and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure all packaging and presentation reflects Chick-fil-A’s standards for excellence and care.
- Help maintain catering supplies and equipment in an organized, clean, and ready state.
- Communicate with guests to confirm order details and ensure everything is just right.
In the Community
- Support outreach efforts including visits to local offices, distribution of catering menus, event booths, and sampling experiences.
- Assist with catering-related community giving, including food donations and coordination of requests—in partnership with the Director of Marketing.
- Help coordinate fun, thoughtful touches like Cow mascot appearances, balloons, or gift bags for big catering orders.
- Bring a caring presence to deliveries, ensuring every guest interaction reflects our hospitality.
- Assist in building and managing a database of catering guests and businesses for future follow-up.
- Follow up with guests post-event to gather feedback, thank them, and invite future opportunities to serve.

Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record (for delivery support)
- Availability during peak catering hours (typically mornings, weekdays, and some special events)
- Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 lbs
- Reliable transportation between Palm Coast and Seminole Woods locations
- Basic computer proficiency is a plus—especially comfort with web-based tools, forms, or email communication
- Prior hospitality or catering experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person!
Most Chick-fil-A Restaurants are operated by independent Owner/Operators who make all employment decisions and set their own policies.
