Position Type:

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly with a smile and maintain eye contact
- Speak enthusiastically and create positive connections with guests
- Promote and support the vision and values of the restaurant
- Multitask efficiently while maintaining high standards of service
- Work collaboratively as a dependable, adaptable team member
- Anticipate the guests needs and resolve any issues promptly
- Stand and remain active on your feet for extended periods
- Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members
- Follow Chick-fil-A Trailhead policies, procedures, and dress code at all times
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum 16 years old
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Maintain a reliable source of transportation
- Demonstrate a "Safety First" mentality
- Consistent, reliable, and punctual
- Cheerful, positive attitude and customer-service oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and work independently or in a team environment
- Ability to work on Saturdays
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
