A Shift Leader at Chick-fil-A Trailhead is one who consistently demonstrates our core values, embraces the Chick-fil-A culture and has a servant’s heart. They have a passion for people and serving others, have strong character, take initiative and work with a sense of urgency at all times. Our Shift Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Shift Leader’s two main areas of focus are leading the team members in their area of responsibility and completing tasks to set the restaurant forward for the next shift. Shift Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow, ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food.
Position Type:
- Part-time: Typically 3 days and 20+ hours/week; schedule may vary based on business needs.
- Full-time: Typically 5 days and 35+ hours/week; schedule may vary based on business needs.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum 18 years old
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Demonstrated leadership experience preferred
- Maintain a reliable source of transportation
- Consistent, reliable, and punctual
- Cheerful, positive attitude and customer-service oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work independently or in a team environment
- Ability to work on Saturdays
- Ability to open and/or close, potentially serving as a key holder
- Ability to stand and remain active on your feet for the duration of your shift
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed
- Willingness to be outside in weather ranging from 30-100 degrees
- Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs on a regular basis
