Position Types:

  • Part-time: Typically 15+ hours/week; schedule may vary based on business needs.

Kitchen Team Member Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
  • Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
  • Stock kitchen inventory as needed
  • Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
  • Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
  • Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
  • Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
  • Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
  • Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum 16 years old
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Maintain a reliable source of transportation
  • Demonstrate a "Safety First" mentality
  • Consistent, reliable, and punctual
  • Cheerful, positive attitude and customer-service oriented
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently or in a team environment
  • Ability to work on Saturdays
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed
  • Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs on a regular basis
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Reasonable accommodations available in accordance with ADA guidelines
