The Team Leader is a strategic leadership role tied to one of our goals and may be asked to be a key holder. In this role, you will help design and implement systems to achieve the goal you are assigned. In your operations hours, you will be assigned to cover a position and a half and help lead that area. Team Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow, ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food.
Position Type:
- Full-time: Typically 5 days and 35+ hours/week; schedule may vary based on business needs.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Minimum 18 years old
- Friday and Saturday availability
- Ability to attend periodic leadership meetings on Sundays
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Maintain a reliable source of transportation
- Consistent, reliable, and punctual
- Cheerful, positive attitude and customer-service oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work independently or in a team environment
- Ability to open and/or close, potentially serving as a key holder
- Ability to stand and remain active on your feet for the duration of your shift
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed
- Willingness to be outside in weather ranging from 30-100 degrees
- Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs on a regular basis
