Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional experiences for our guests that you come in contact with
- Smile and maintain eye contact to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Communicate enthusiastically and effectively with guests and fellow team members
- Work efficiently as part of a team, adapting to various tasks
- Uphold Chick-fil-A's values and standards at all times
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Help us maintain a consistent and clean enviornment for everyone both inside and outside of our restaurant
Qualifications:
- Consistent and reliable with a cheerful attitude
- Passionate about serving and helping others
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Able to lift and carry 10-50 lbs and stand for long periods
