As the Dining Room Host/Hostess at Chick-fil-A, you’ll be the friendly face that ensures our guests enjoy a clean, welcoming, and positive dining experience. You’ll help create the inviting environment Chick-fil-A is known for by maintaining the dining area, engaging in conversation with guests, sampling new menu items, and supporting the overall front-of-house team in whatever way needed.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional experiences for our guests
- Smile and maintain eye contact to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Communicate enthusiastically and effectively with guests and fellow team members
- Work efficiently as part of a team, adapting to various tasks
- Uphold Chick-fil-A's values and standards at all times
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Help us maintain a consistent and clean enviornment for everyone both inside and outside of our restaurant
Qualifications:
- Consistent and reliable with a joyful and cheerful attitude
- Passionate about serving and helping others
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Willing to work a flexible schedule, including peak periods and weekends and holidays
