MEAT CARVER
No carving experience required. All required skills will be
taught and trained internally. Must work well within a team, able to meet
deadlines, dependable, responsible, cost-conscious, self-starter, detail oriented.
Duties/training includes but not limited to meat carving, weighing, pricing and plating, fire management.
