PREP COOK
Culinary experience preferred. All required skills will be taught and trained internally. Must work well within a team, able to meet deadlines, dependable, responsible, cost-conscious, self-starter, trainable/coachable. Responsible for producing side dishes, desserts, preparing meats and learning to smoke them..
Duties/training includes but not limited to meat/kitchen prep, fire and wood management, kitchen/pit maintenance, cooking assorted meats with live fire and smoke.
