A typical day at Poke House:
- Greet customers and provide exceptional service.
- Process in-house, online, and delivery orders efficiently.
- Handle transactions, including payments, receipts, and refunds.
- Restock supplies and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
- Work independently and as part of a team with strong time-management skills.
- Stay knowledgeable about the menu and recommend favorites.
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and health procedures.
- Uphold brand standards and comply with local and state regulations.

Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age (Shift Leader)
- Have experience in leadership role
- Be available to work at least 4 days a week
- Be able to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Food safety certification
- Open and flexible availability (variable hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed)
- Physical requirements: Long periods of standing, walking, and lifting (up to 25 lbs)
