A typical day at Poke House:
- Greet customers and create a positive experience through excellent service.
- Efficiently process in-house, online, and delivery orders using the Toast POS system.
- Handle cash, card payments, receipts, and refunds accurately.
- Maintain product stock, store cleanliness, and visual standards.
- Collaborate with team members and stay knowledgeable about menu items to assist customers and provide recommendations.
- Adhere to food safety and health procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Uphold brand standards and compliance with local laws.

Requirements:
- At least 16 years of age (Team Member)
- Morning and night availability (10am-4pm, 11am-3pm ; 4:00pm -10:00pm, 6pm-10pm)
- Open Weekend availability
- Be available to work a minimum of 3 days a week
- Be able to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Food safety certification(Provided and paid for by Poke House)
- Open and flexible availability (variable hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed)
- Physical requirements: Long periods of standing, walking, and lifting (up to 25 lbs)
