Key Responsibilities

Provide attentive and friendly service to guests
Assist servers and bartenders with timely food and beverage delivery
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
Support smooth restaurant operations during shifts

Qualifications

Enthusiastic and motivated team player
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, day, and night shifts
Previous experience in food & beverage preferred but not required
Assist servers with delivering food and beverages to tables promptly and accurately
Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean and organized dining area
Refill water and other table necessities as needed
Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and hosts to ensure smooth service flow
Maintain cleanliness standards in dining areas, service stations, and side stations
Stock and prepare service areas with necessary supplies (napkins, silverware, glassware, etc.)
Respond quickly to guest needs and support overall service excellence
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
