Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Direct and oversee day-to-day restaurant management under the General Manager's supervision. 
  • Assist with inventory management, staff scheduling, and ensuring high standards of hygiene and safety. 
  • Engage with customers to ensure a satisfactory dining experience and handle any issues professionally. 
  • Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, boost restaurant reputation, and revenue. 
  • Motivate and lead the team, fostering a culture of teamwork, enthusiasm, and dedication. 
  • Monitor staff performance, provide coaching, guidance, and support for their development. 
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining the brand's standards of excellence. 
  • Contribute to marketing activities with innovative ideas that align with the brand's vision. 
  • Maintain industry knowledge to offer creative menu suggestions and improvements. 

Requirements 

  • Proven managerial experience in the food & beverage industry, preferably in a full-service restaurant. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, POS systems, and reservation management software such as Open Table, Toast, and Radar. 
  • Strong understanding of operational procedures necessary for a smoothly functioning establishment. 
  • Ability to perform and assist with payroll, tips distribution, and scheduling, ensuring operational compliance and effectiveness. 
  • An educational background in hospitality management or a related field is preferable. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to lead and inspire a team. 
  • Entrepreneurial attitude with a passion for learning and adapting.

  • Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

Salary: $68,000.00 - $70,000.00
