Five Star Sheets, a corrugated paper manufacturer in New Carlisle, IN is looking to add to our Service Team at a company focused on safety, sustainability, and service.
Our manufacturing facility is seeking highly motivated candidates to work as vital members of customer service staff, manufacturing scheduling support, and coordinating with our in-house transportation company to meet customer delivery needs. The ideal candidate would be interested in an opportunity to display their intelligence, energy, and a positive attitude while making the
most of this position within a successful company known for internal advancement.
Desirable candidates would have:
- 5yrs Experience in Customer Service and / or Production Scheduling.
- Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
- Must be able to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
- Strong computer skills are required with focus on MS Excel and e-mail management.
- Positive attitude and interpersonal skills
Minimum Requirements:
- Possess strong computer application skills
- Proficiency in all MS Office programs with an emphasis on Outlook and Excel
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines while remaining flexible in a high volume, rapid turn-around, production environment
- Position hours of 10:00am-6:30pm with some flexibility
- Full-time position with occasional Saturday overtime
Benefits:
Pay range starting at $20-$25/hour with potential to increase based on qualifications. Part time positions will also be considered based on qualifications.
