Five Star Sheets, a corrugated paper manufacturer in New Carlisle, IN is looking to add to our Service Team at a company focused on safety, sustainability, and service.

In the Customer Service Representative role, you’ll collaborate across multiple stakeholders including; production/operations, scheduling, and our in-house transportation team to ensure orders are accurate, on time, and delivered with excellence.

Desirable candidates would have:
- 5yrs Experience in Customer Service and / or Production Scheduling.
- Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
- Must be able to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
- Strong computer skills are required with focus on MS Excel and e-mail management.
- Positive attitude and interpersonal skills
Minimum Requirements:
- Associate's Degree preferred
- Possess strong computer application skills
- Proficiency in all MS Office programs with an emphasis on Outlook and Excel
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines while remaining flexible in a high volume, rapid turn-around, production environment
- Position hours of 10:30am-7:00pm with some flexibility
- Full-time position with occasional Saturday overtime
Benefits:
Pay range starting at $20-$25/hour with potential to increase based on qualifications. Part-time positions will also be considered based on qualifications.
