Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee in-store operations alongside the General Manager.
- Ensure the store is in exceptional order and that employees perform their duties efficiently.
- Lead by example and execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity.
Requirements:
- Availability: 3pm - 10:30pm (4-5 shifts per week).
- Ability to work 30-40 hours a week.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Ability to handle fast-paced and high-stress situations.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to establish priorities with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to offer opinions and recommendations for store improvement.
