Glencoe Management is searching for highly motivated District Managers who are looking for a challenging and rewarding career managing multiple Burger King Restaurants in their “District”.
Qualified individuals will possess the following:
Responsibilities:
- Train, coach, lead and motivate their team
- Ensure the restaurant is properly marketing the latest national promotions
- Provide excellent and frequent communication between upper management and the restaurant management and crew.
- Ensure that Restaurant Management is adhering to all company policies and procedures
- Work with the Restaurant General Manager to ensure the maintenance, cleanliness, and sanitary conditions of the restaurant
- Handle guest relations
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least two years in a supervisory role, with a minimum of one year specific to the quick service food industry
- Multi-Unit Manager experience is recommended
- Must be ServSafe Certified, and hold a valid, unexpired Health Card
- Possess excellent verbal and written skills, including general computer skills
- On occasion, you may be required to lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to fifty pounds; kneel, bend or stoop, ascend or descend stairs; reach and grasp objects
