Position: Team Member – Honest Eatery

As a Team Member, you are the heart of our operation. You play a key role in delivering exceptional food, outstanding service, and creating an environment where guests feel genuinely welcomed.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience: Greet every guest with warmth and positivity. Take orders, answer questions, and ensure every bowl and toast meets Honest Eatery standards.
Food Preparation: Prepare food accurately, efficiently, and safely while following recipes, portion guidelines, and quality standards.
Teamwork: Work collaboratively with your teammates and Shift Lead to keep operations running smoothly during both slow and high-volume periods.
Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace throughout your shift, including front and back of house.
Following Standards: Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and health regulations at all times.
Responsibility & Reliability: Arrive on time, follow schedules, and complete assigned tasks with care and accountability.
Learning & Growth: Be open to feedback, learn quickly, and continuously improve your skills.
