• The Togo / Cashier person ensures that each guest receives a welcome and goodbye when placing and picking up an order.  They are responsible for a large portion of our business, from walk-in guests and guests who call in to place orders. 


• Must be able to handle incoming phone calls and ring up orders on POS


• Must have the menu knowledge to guide the guests through the ordering process


• Can suggestive sell to both walk-in and call-in guests


• Can handle both Credit card and cash transactions


• Can take multiple orders at one time


• Can properly bag up food


• Ensures that the guest has all the Togo material they need


• Ensure accuracy of all orders before giving to the guest


• Ensure that any special needs on the guest notes are read and taken care of


• Works well with other team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience


• Can stand on their feet for long periods


• Can handle the fast-paced environment with a smile and whatever it takes attitude
