Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of 8+ staff members
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and adhere to safety standards
- Manage store operations, including inventory and expense control
- Build lasting relationships with customers
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Passion for providing outstanding customer service
- Ability to train and guide staff in Kincaid's standards
- Experience with POS and inventory control systems is a plus
