Job Description
JCs BBQ & Grill is immediately hiring a Team Member/Pit Master to join our fun and successful restaurant crew! Restaurant team members should be friendly and willing to learn new tasks. Team members prepare and plate food with pride. On-the-job training in a fun and supportive atmosphere is provided.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the meat and other food items in the smoker, monitoring quality
- Prepares food daily
- Must be organized and have good time management skills
- Must assume responsibility for morning dishes, staying afloat for the morning shift
- Work smoker and monitor the fire pit
- Use checklist for daily preparation
Qualifications:
- Able to lift 60 lbs.
- Available to work at 7:00am daily
- Food safety certification preferred
- Detail to cleanliness
- Dependable
- Must be 18 years or older
Pay & Benefits:
- Pay $12.00 - $13.00 an hour based on experience
