Our ideal candidate will be a jack-of-all-trades, with in-depth knowledge of maintenance procedures, hydraulic systems, and basic tools and appliances.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical, and facilities support for multiple restaurants
- Performing building repair, troubleshooting problems with kitchen equipment, making adjustments to HVAC systems, electrical, repairing other equipment, such as ice or soda machines and perform preventive maintenance tasks
- Troubleshoot with restaurant’s area District Managers / General Managers to make repairs on parts or equipment
- Conducting quality assessments, scheduling repairs, maintaining inventory, and developing preventative maintenance procedures
- Repair faulty equipment units and damaged structures
- Manage heating and plumbing systems to guarantee functionality
- Perform general maintenance tasks including painting and carpentry
- Maintain the inventory records for equipment and supplies
Maintenance Technician Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology or relevant field is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Valid DL with safe driving record and passing background check.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
- Physically capable and available to work overtime including weekends, public holidays, and evenings in emergent situations.
- Effective problem-solving abilities.
