Late Night Team Member Responsibilities:
- 6pm-2am working hours
- Work during business hours in a position (10pm)
- Sweep, scrub and mop all floors in FOH and BOH
- Complete nightly cleaning lists for FOH and BOH
- Clean and maintain equipment/pressure fryers
- Put away truck order and rotate stock
- Clean windows and doors
- Clean lemonade bubblers
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must be 18+
- Consistent and reliable
- Reliable transportation
- Cheerful and positive attitude

- Customer service oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented
- Able to multi-task
- Works well independently and in a team environment
- Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
- Have the ability to lift and carry 50 lbs on a regular basis
