Jimmy John's - Immediate Hire for P.I.C (Person in Charge)

Join us as a P.I.C (Person in Charge) and learn the ropes of our business to prepare for a future management role. Are you enthusiastic about delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards? We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Person in Charge. In this role, you will learn the ins and outs of our business and prepare to take on a management position in the future. You will start the process as a beginner and finish the training process as a ready and capable shift leader.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day restaurant operations, including customer service, food prep, and inventory management.
• Train and develop new team members.
• Maintain Jimmy John's procedures and systems.
• Ensure a clean and organized workspace.
• Achieve set goals and targets.

Requirements

• Responsible for maintaining product and service standards.
• Execute quality store operations.
• Adhere to food safety and security guidelines.
• Ability to lift 30-40 lbs. regularly.
• Capable of standing, bending, and reaching throughout shifts.
• Mobile in a refrigerator and freezer environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in the food service industry.
• 1 year of prior management experience.
• Full-time availability (5 days on, 2 days off).
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
