Overview:
As a Director at Chick-fil-A, you will be leading the business in all facets both developing our team to be the best version of themself along with pushing them to deliver fast and delicious food to our customers. Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of talented individuals to deliver outstanding customer service
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality and safety are maintained
- Manage daily operations and drive business growth
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
- Run shifts and ensure all operational needs are met
- Work directly with owner/operator to develop the store and build a brand that serves the community
- Leader of the leaders. Directors are directly in charge of all middle and lower leadership and are responsible day and day out for them.
Requirements:
- High school degree or equivalent
- Proven experience in a leadership role
- Multiple Years of Leadership Experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Takes initiative
- Is not afraid of feedback or growth opportunities
- Self motivated that when given autonomy will use it to grow themselves and the business
