We’re looking for a dynamic Chick-fil-A Cow Mascot to join our team and help us connect with our community through engaging events and initiatives. The Chick-fil-A Cow position is a part-time marketing and hospitality role where an employee wears the official mascot costume to entertain guests, dance, and promote the brand at community events. Performers typically work in shifts of 30 to 60 minutes at a time, supported by a "Cow Handler" who ensures the mascot's safety. The Cow Mascot serves as a fun and engaging ambassador for Chick-fil-A by promoting the brand through community events, in-store appearances, school visits, and marketing activities. The Cow Mascot creates memorable experiences for guests of all ages while helping build positive relationships within the community.


Position Type:

Part-Time, Event-Based


Responsibilities:

Guest Engagement: Interacting with customers—especially children—and posing for photos in-restaurant or at off-site events.

Entertainment: Dancing, waving, and keeping a fun, upbeat energy.

Promotions: Assisting the restaurant's marketing team by handing out promotional materials or free samples.

Wear and perform in the Chick-fil-A Cow costume at events and promotional activities.

Engage with guests, families, and children in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.

Participate in community outreach events, parades, school visits, spirit nights, social media and special restaurant promotions.

Pose for photos and interact with guests while maintaining the Chick-fil-A brand image.

Work closely with the Marketing Team to support marketing initiatives.

Assist with event setup, breakdown, and preparation when needed.

Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance while representing the restaurant.

Maintain costume cleanliness and care.


Qualifications:

Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable interacting with people of all ages.

Ability to work outdoors and in various weather conditions.

Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods while wearing the mascot costume.

Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.

Weekend and evening availability preferred.

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Previous event, entertainment, or customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Recommended performer height is 5’9” to 6’0” for the Classic Cow Costume and 5’1” to 5’5” for the Kid Cow Costume.


Physical Requirements:

Ability to comfortably and safely wear the Chick-fil-A Cow costume for extended periods of time.

Ability to walk, wave, dance, and engage with guests while in costume.

Ability to work in warm outdoor environments.
