Responsibilities:
- Mixing and Serving Alcoholic beverages (general and Kanki-specific recipes)
- Must know and understand all North Carolina and Raleigh laws pertaining to Alcohol service
- Have a full knowledge of our menu and be able to recommend dishes
- Know all allergens that could possibly be harmful to our guests
- Maintain and cleaning our bar in a Neat, Clean and Organized manner
- Take direction from management
Requirements:
- Must be over 21 years of age
- Must be able to work primarily PM Shifts
- Must have Weekend Availability
- Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work on time
- Must be eligible to work in the US and pass eVerify verification
